You represent and warrant that you (and any authorized users you permit to use the Services) are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any jurisdiction subject to applicable sanctions or trade restrictions. Registration may be required for certain Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up-to-date.

All intellectual property rights in the Services and content provided by us, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use any content from the Services without our prior written consent.
By submitting or providing any content (excluding your personal information) to or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content.

You agree to receive communications from us electronically, such as via email, text message, or in-app notifications.
You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services you use. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if your payment fails.
We may, at our discretion, credit refunds to your HTTPS.IN wallet. Wallet balances can be used for future purchases or transferred back to your original payment method (subject to applicable bank transfer charges).
Important Note: Premium Support services are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
If the user opts for a transfer to the original source account, HTTPS.IN reserves the right to impose bank transfer charges as follows:
The applicable charges will be communicated via email to the customer or their authorized representative.
The decision to impose bank transfer fees is at the sole discretion of HTTPS.IN and cannot be contested by the user, customer, or any third party acting on their behalf.
Any remaining balance in the HTTPS.IN wallet must be utilized within 90 days from the date of credit. After this period, the amount will expire and become inaccessible.
HTTPS.IN shall not be liable for any loss of credit due to wallet balance expiration.
Customers will receive email reminders regarding the wallet balance expiration in advance.
In the event of a payment failure, the user agrees to promptly settle all outstanding amounts upon demand by HTTPS.IN.
HTTPS.IN reserves the right to impose a late payment fee of 18% per annum, compounded monthly, on any overdue amounts.
Additionally, the user shall bear any reasonable costs and expenses, including legal fees, incurred during the collection process.
If a user identifies any discrepancies in an invoice, they must notify HTTPS.IN within 15 days of receiving the invoice.
Requests for corrections or clarifications made beyond this 15-day period will not be considered by HTTPS.IN.
Our Refund Policy governs refunds for our products and Services.
Our SSL certificate recommendation tool provides suggestions only. You are responsible for determining your specific requirements and selecting the appropriate certificate.
SSL certificate warranties are provided by the respective Certificate Authorities (e.g., DigiCert, GeoTrust, Rapid SSL, Thawte, Sectigo, etc.). You must contact the relevant Certificate Authority directly for warranty claims. We will assist you in contacting them.
We will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance of our obligations under this Agreement to the extent such delay or failure is caused by a Force Majeure event, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargos, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, or materials.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will post the updated Agreement on our website and may notify you by email. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
