Refund and Reissuance

At HTTPS.IN, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing a fair and transparent refund and reissuance policy. Please review the terms below to understand our practices regarding refunds and SSL certificate reissuance.

 

  1. Refund Policy

    Eligibility for Refunds

    You may qualify for a refund or receive an automatic refund to your HTTPS.IN Wallet under the following conditions:

    • Issued Certificate:If your SSL certificate has been issued, you can request a refund by logging into your HTTPS.IN account or submitting a written request within 15 days from the issuance date.
    • Unsuccessful Issuance:If the certificate issuance attempt was unsuccessful, you may request a refund by logging into your HTTPS.IN account or contacting our team via email.
    • No Issuance Attempt: If no attempt has been made to issue the certificate, you may request a refund by logging into your account within 90 days or submitting a written request to HTTPS.IN. After 90 days, the system will automatically cancel the certificate and process the refund to your HTTPS.IN Wallet.

    Note: Approved refunds will be credited to your HTTPS.IN Wallet, which can be used for a new purchase or refunded to the original payment source (subject to applicable bank transfer charges).

    Bank Transfer Charges:

    For INR transactions: INR 300 or 5% + GST, whichever is higher.

    For USD transactions: $10 or 5%, whichever is higher.

    Non-Refundable Cases

    Refunds do not apply to services unless otherwise specified. Additionally, HTTPS.IN will not process refunds for:

    • Premium Support services purchased along with SSL or Code Signing Certificates.
    • SSL certificates that have been used, installed, or activated.
    • Any fees associated with administrative, processing, or reinstatement costs.
    • Any certificate revoked due to a violation of our terms and conditions.
    • Terminations due to breach of agreement, improper usage, or policy violations.
  2. Reissuance Policy

    Eligibility for SSL Certificate Reissuance

    SSL certificates may be reissued in the following circumstances:

    • Private Key Compromise: If the private key associated with the certificate has been compromised.
    • Incorrect Details: If incorrect details were provided during the original issuance process.
    • Domain Changes: If the certificate needs to be issued for a different domain within the allowed modification scope.
    • Domain Changes: If the certificate needs to be issued for a different domain within the allowed modification scope.
    • Renewal Processing: If a renewed certificate needs to be reissued before expiration.

    Conditions for Reissuance

    • Reissuance requests must be made within the validity period of the original certificate.
    • The new certificate will retain the original expiration date.
    • Reissuance may require additional verification steps as per Certificate Authority (CA) policies.
    • Excessive reissuance requests may be subject to additional charges or limitations.
  3. Payment Failures & Late Fees
    • If a payment fails, you must settle the outstanding amount immediately upon request by HTTPS.IN.
    • A late payment fee of 18% per annum, compounded monthly, may be imposed on overdue balances.
    • Any costs incurred during the collection process, including legal fees, will be borne by the user.
  4. Invoice Discrepancies
    • Any discrepancies in an invoice must be reported within 15 days of receipt.
    • Requests for corrections or clarifications submitted after this period will not be considered.
  5. Termination & Cancellation
    • This agreement may be terminated if you discontinue our services or if HTTPS.IN determines that your use of services violates our policies.
    • In the event of termination due to policy violations, no refunds will be issued.
    • HTTPS.IN reserves the right to revoke an SSL certificate without prior notice if the agreement is terminated.
