Comodo CA is Now Sectigo, Sectigo is the world’s largest commercial Certificate Authority (CA) and a leading web security solutions company, enabling organizations worldwide to secure their identities, web presence and connected devices. It has a global traffic rank of #4,621,135 in the world, though in the fall of 2017, Francisco Partners acquired the entire Group’s Certificate business, Comodo CA continued operations in the same market with the same brand name, rebranding was incorporated to avoid confusion and help deliver and secure confidence on their digital security.

What has changed?

Basically what has changed is that it has now a new name for the company, a new logo, a new Brand, also new product names for Enterprise, Instant, and Positive SSL, supported  by a new management team, some of the processes are changed, according to the latest needs of the system, they have also relocated from Clifton to Roseland, New Jersey and amplified Global support base in Ottawa Ontario to cater to services in 15 different languages.

The rebranding ensures a new name, but the basic product does not change, wherein the need to revalidate or reinstall till all the product name changes are complete, which will take some time, prices will continue to be attractive, as in the past, neither the root structure and API product codes will change.

After the rebranding, the duration of validity does not change, neither the warranty changes, in fact, the customer can expect innovative products from Sectigo can be expected to roll out,
